From Newark: Take Rt. 273 East. Turn right on Chapman Road at Exxon Station (Delmarva Power - Conectiv is on left). Go ¼ mile to University Office Park (next to StayBridge Suites Hotel); turn right into office park. Go to second building to the left, Commonwealth Building (Building No. 260), Suite 201-D.

From Bear and South: Take Rt. 273 West. Turn left at intersection just before I - 95 (you'll see Delmarva Power - Conective on your right, University Plaza Shopping Center on left). Go ¼ mile to University Office Park (next to Best Western Hotel); turn right into office park. Go to second building to the left, Commonwealth Building, Suite 201-D.

From Wilmington: Take I - 95 South to Exit 3, Rt. 273 East, Dover. At first light after exit, turn right at Exxon Station. Go ¼ mile to University Office Park (next to Best Western Hotel), turn right into office park. Go to second building to the left, Commonwealth Building, (Building No. 260), Suite 201-D.

From Points South: Take I - 95 North to Exit 3, Rt. 273 East, Dover. At first light after exit, turn right at Exxon Station. Go ¼ mile to University Office Park (next to Best Western Hotel); turn right into office park. Go to second building to the left, Commonwealth Building, (Building No. 260), Suite 201-D.

From Dover and Sussex County: Take Rt. 13 North. Go over the new St. George's Bridge. Follow to 2nd exit from the bridge that says "Rt. 1 North, Wilmington, Baltimore and I-95". Follow to the exit that says "Rt. 273 West, Newark". Go to first light off exit; turn left onto Rt. 273 West. Continue straight for four lights, at fourth light, you will see Delmarva Power - Conectiv on your right, University Plaza Shopping Center on left. Turn left at intersection, just before I - 95. Go ¼ mile to University Office Park (next to Best Western Hotel); turn right into office park. Go to second building to the left, Commonwealth Building, (Building No. 260), Suite 201-D.
